Tokenry Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Tokenry (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use www.tokenry.tools and its tools (the “Services”), why we collect it, who processes it for us and how long we keep it. Tokenry has no accounts and no sign-up. You use the tools by connecting a crypto wallet, and you sign every transaction in that wallet.

1. What We Never Collect

  • Your private keys, seed phrase or wallet passwords. We never ask for them.
  • Account passwords or login details, since there are no accounts.
  • Payment card or bank details. All fees are paid on-chain from your wallet.

2. What We Collect

  • Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we read its public address to show your balances and build your transactions. The address is also sent to our analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, see section 4) so we can link your visits to the actions you take.
  • Records of what you create or send. When you create a token or a liquidity pool, add or remove liquidity, claim pool fees, send a multisend or revoke an authority, we store the details needed to show it back to you and for our accounts: your wallet address, the chain, the tool, the transaction hash, the token or pool address, the token name, symbol, supply and decimals, the fee you paid in the chain's coin and its USD value at that moment. For a multisend we store the number of recipients and the total sent, not the recipient list.
  • Where you found Tokenry. On your first visit we save a first-party cookie named tk_src that holds the website that sent you (the site name only, such as google.com), the first page you opened, any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the date of that first visit. After a completed action we may ask “How did you find Tokenry?”; answering is optional, and your answer is added to the same cookie. When you complete a paid action, the cookie's contents are stored with the record of that action.
  • Support requests. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message, and your Telegram handle if you add it. We use these only to answer you. If you write to us by email or Telegram, we receive whatever you send.
  • Form drafts on phones. On Solana tool pages opened on a phone with no wallet connected, we save what you type in the form (for example the token name, symbol, supply, links, tags, logo image, recipient list or pool settings) on our server shortly after each change, so the page can reopen filled in inside your wallet app. The draft is deleted automatically after 30 minutes. It never contains keys.
  • Token logos and metadata on Solana. When you create a Solana token, the logo and the metadata you enter (name, symbol, description, links and tags) are uploaded to Arweave through ArDrive Turbo. Arweave is a public, permanent storage network: anyone can read these files, and they cannot be deleted once uploaded. Older Tokenry tokens have their files on IPFS through Pinata, which is public in the same way.
  • Error reports. When a step fails, we record the error, the step, the page, the chain, your wallet address and the transaction hash if there is one, so we can fix the problem and help you. Errors in the site and on our servers are also sent to Sentry, our error monitoring service, with technical details such as the browser, device and page.
  • IP address. We use your IP address to limit how many requests one visitor can make to our forms and servers. These counters expire after a short time. Our hosting provider also processes IP addresses in its server logs.
  • Usage data. Our analytics providers collect how you use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the steps you reach in each tool.
  • Tool steps. We also keep our own record of the steps a visitor reaches on each tool page (page opened, wallet connected, form started, review opened, signature requested, rejected, refused or failed, and paid), with the tool, the chain, a random browser ID, a page-view ID and your wallet address once you connect. We use it to see where people get stuck and fix those steps.

3. Public Blockchain Data

Every transaction you sign is recorded on a public blockchain, together with your wallet address, the amounts and the token or pool details. Anyone can read it, and neither we nor anyone else can change or delete it. This is how blockchains work and is outside this policy.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Session Recording

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) measures visits and the events in each tool, including your wallet address once you connect. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) records how you use the site through heatmaps and session replays, and tags your session with your wallet address once you connect. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Our own cookie and browser storage. The tk_src cookie described in section 2 lasts 365 days. Your browser also keeps a random browser ID in local storage under tk_vid, so the tool steps in section 2 from one browser can be grouped together; it holds nothing about you. It also stores a few settings locally, such as your theme, the chain you used last and the progress of a send that is still running.

Google and Microsoft set their own cookies to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The tools keep working without cookies, though the site may forget your settings.

5. How We Use Information

  • To run the tools you use: build your transactions, check balances and show results.
  • To answer support requests and investigate failed or stuck transactions.
  • To keep records of sales and fees for our accounts.
  • To learn which websites, searches and campaigns bring visitors, and which tools they use, so we can improve the site and our marketing.
  • To find and fix errors, and to protect the Services from abuse and fraud.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Who Processes Information for Us

We share information only with the providers that run parts of the Services for us, and only for that purpose:

  • Vercel (website hosting and server logs).
  • Neon (our database).
  • Upstash (short-lived data: rate-limit counters and phone form drafts).
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, see section 4).
  • Sentry (error monitoring in the browser and on our servers).
  • ArDrive Turbo (Arweave uploads for Solana token logos and metadata).
  • Pinata (IPFS storage of logos and metadata for older Solana tokens).
  • Telegram, where our team receives internal notifications of completed actions, errors and support requests, including the details listed in section 2.
  • Blockchain RPC providers, which receive your wallet address and transactions so they can be read from and sent to the network, and WalletConnect, which relays messages between this site and your wallet when you connect a phone wallet.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.

7. How Long We Keep It

  • Phone form drafts: 30 minutes.
  • Rate-limit counters: minutes to hours.
  • The tk_src cookie: 365 days in your browser, unless you delete it sooner.
  • Records of actions, sales and support requests: as long as we need them for support, accounting and legal reasons.
  • Tool step records: as long as we need them to improve the tools.
  • The tk_vid browser ID: in your browser until you clear its site data.
  • Analytics data: as set by Google and Microsoft for our accounts.
  • Blockchain, Arweave and IPFS data: permanent, and outside our control.

8. Your Choices

You can ask what information we hold about your wallet address or email address, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@tokenry.tools. We will do so unless we have to keep the information for legal or accounting reasons. We cannot delete anything recorded on a blockchain, on Arweave or on IPFS.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys.

10. Children

The Services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Services link to other websites and services, such as blockchain explorers, DEXes and wallet providers. This policy does not cover them, so read their privacy policies before you use them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
